ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:
- You made an erroneous purchase
- The license key has not yet been activated
- The product is defective and the issue cannot be resolved by our technical support team
To initiate a refund request, please email us at contact@omegakeys.co.uk. You must include your order number and the license key provided at purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days once approved.
WHEN REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS MAY BE DENIED
- If the license has already been activated and is therefore not returnable or reusable
- If the request is made more than 30 days after the purchase date
- If you refuse assistance or troubleshooting from our support team
- If the issue is caused by local PC errors, unsupported system environments, or misuse
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you believe your product is defective, contact us immediately. Our support team will guide you through troubleshooting within 24 hours. If the problem cannot be resolved, you may choose between a free replacement or a full refund.
Please note: A license is only considered defective after we verify its status via Microsoft’s official PID Checker. Compatibility issues are not grounds for refund, as software functionality depends on your operating system and environment, which are outside our control.
PRODUCT USAGE & LIMITATIONS
- Each license is valid for one PC only unless otherwise stated
- All licenses are provided for legitimate use on genuine Microsoft platforms
- You must confirm compatibility with your device before purchasing or activating
- Once activated, licenses cannot be resold, transferred, or refunded
We provide a 1-year warranty for reinstallation and device reset, along with ongoing customer support via email and chat.
IMPORTANT
Refunds and replacements are only available if the license key is unused. If a license has been activated, it is permanently linked to the system and cannot be deactivated, resold, or reassigned.
Customers are responsible for verifying system compatibility and product accuracy prior to installation and activation. If a license is activated in error, no refund can be issued.
