Due to the nature of digital products, once a licence key has been delivered and activated, it is generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable — except in cases where the product is defective or the incorrect item was supplied.
Non-Exchangeable Items: Any digital licence key that has already been delivered and successfully activated cannot be exchanged. Customers are encouraged to carefully review all product information, system requirements, and compatibility details prior to making a purchase.
2) Exchange Process
Requesting an Exchange: To request an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your product. All requests must be submitted by email to

- Proof of defect or incorrect product delivery (e.g. screenshot or image)
Verification and Approval: Once your request is received, our support team will review the case and may request additional information for verification. When the issue is confirmed, you will receive written approval and further instructions by email.
Digital Products: For software or licence keys, approved exchanges will be completed by issuing a new replacement key. This process is typically finalised within 48 hours of approval.
